Cookie Policy (EU)
This Cookie Policy was last updated on October 7, 2026 and applies to visitors of https://www.datavisyn.io from the European Economic Area and Switzerland.
1. Summary
This website itself does not set cookies. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking technologies, and our fonts, images and videos are hosted on our own servers. The only information we store on your device is your choice about third-party content (see section 3). Content from third parties – the LinkedIn feed on our home page and the map on our contact page – is loaded only after you agree; the LinkedIn feed provider then sets its own cookies (see section 4).
2. What are cookies and local storage?
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in your browser so that it can be read again on a later visit. Local storage is a similar browser feature that lets a website keep small amounts of data on your device. Under Austrian law (§ 165 para. 3 TKG 2021), storing or reading such information requires your consent, unless it is strictly necessary to provide a service you have requested.
3. What we store on your device
4. Third-party content loaded only with your consent
5. Content from our own servers
All images, fonts and product videos are delivered directly from this website. No data is passed on to third parties when they load, and no cookies are set.
6. Giving, changing or withdrawing your consent
On your first visit, a cookie banner asks for your consent. "Accept all" loads the third-party content described in section 4; "Necessary only" loads none of it – both choices are equally available. You can change or withdraw your choices at any time, with effect for the future, via "Privacy settings" at the bottom of every page. You can also delete the stored entry through your browser's settings for site data; the cookie banner will then appear again.
7. Your rights with respect to personal data
For information on how we process personal data and on your rights (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, objection and complaint to the supervisory authority), please see our privacy policy.
